摘要
在试验装置裂解炉辐射段加入几段扭曲片管进行强化传热研究。结果表明 ,加入扭曲片管可以起到强化传热的作用 ,加入两个、三个、四个扭曲片管时 ,裂解产物中乙烯的收率和空白试验相比分别提高 1 42 %、5 49%、6 2 5 % ;在收率不变时处理量可以增加 10 % ,加入扭曲片管对裂解过程的结焦量减少也有一定的好处。
This paper relates to a new technology of intensifying heat transfer.Several sections of short specially forged tube with twisted slices were placed in the radiant sector coils.The test results indicate that this technology can intensify heat transfer,increase the selectivity and yield of ethylene and propylene,decrease coke deposit,prolong the run length of radiant coil,and increase the capacity of cracking furnace by 10 percent.
