对我国重交沥青市场大转折的思考

从 2 0世纪 90年代我国开始兴建高速公路起 ,对重交沥青的需求量日趋增多。 1999年进口的重交沥青高达 14 70kt,2 0 0 0年我国重交沥青的产量为 2 130kt,进口量下降到 1390kt,标志着我国的重交沥青市场出现了重大转折 ,但国产沥青还存在着 :( 1)质量不稳定 ;( 2 )对改性沥青的重视还不够 ;( 3)销售形式落后 ;( 4 )品牌众多等问题。由此建议 :( 1)保证重交沥青的质量 ;( 2 )加快改性沥青的研究和生产 ;( 3)改变销售观念 ;( 4 )

Since the beginning of the construction of highway in the 1990s,the need for heavy transportation road asphalt in our country has increased year by year In 1999,the heavy transportation road asphalt imports was as high as 1,470 kt The production of our country's heavy transportation road asphalt in 2000 was 2,130 kt with the imports down to 1,390 kt,which marked an important transition in domestic market of this type of asphalt However,home made asphalt has still had many problems,such as unstable quality,inadequate recognition of modified asphalt,outdated marketing form,and too many brands etc Based on that,this paper puts forward following proposals:guaranteeing the quality of heavy transportation road asphalt;speeding up the research and production of modified asphalt;changing the marketing idea;and unifying the brands
