摘要
于 1998年 6月在塘沽港附近水域采集贻贝 (Mytilusedulis) ,经试验室培养驯化后作为试验材料 ,研究了三丁基氯化锡 (TBTC)和三苯基氯化锡 (TPTC)的累积效应及其对贻贝的毒性影响。结果表明 ,在累积效应试验中 ,TBTC及TPTC对贻贝的半致死浓度LC50 分别为 3 .5 μg/dm3 和 5 .0 μg/dm3,当TBTC浓度达 2 .0 μg/dm3 时 ,贻贝的成活率开始降低 ,实验还表明 。
Mytilus edulis was collected in the area near Tanggu harbor water and the sample was cultivated and acclimated in laboratory to be as a testing material. The accumulation and the toxic effect on mytilus edulis of TBTC and TPTC were studied. The results show that in the test of accumulation study, the medical lethal concentration LC 50 of TBTC and TPTC to the mytilus adulis are 3.5μg/dm 3 and 5.0μg/dm 3 respectively. When the concentration of TBTC reached 2.0μg/dm 3, mytilus edulis survival rate begin to edcrease. The study also shows that the toxic effect of TPT is similar to TBT.
