摘要
研究了镉对大豆发芽率、株高等形态指标和叶绿素含量、POD、SOD活性生理指标的影响。随着镉浓度的增高 ,叶片和根中过氧化物酶 (POD)活性明显升高 ;超氧物歧化酶 (SOD)活性也有所提高 ;大豆叶片叶绿素的含量受不同浓度镉处理的影响 ,且随镉浓度的增加 ,含量明显下降 ;镉危害下 ,细胞原生质膜遭到破坏 。
The effects of Cadmium on the length and fresh weight of root,chlorophyll content,the activities of POD and SOD of soybean are studied the soybean seedling were treated with Cd2+ solution in creased.The superoxide dismutase(SOD)was raised too.The contents of chlorophyll of soybean was affected by treatment of different concentration of Cd2+ and decreased with the increase of the concentration of Cd2+ .Cell film was demanded by treated of different concentration of Cd2+ therefore CMP increaseded.
