餐饮业油烟污染已成为城市环境污染的一大问题。而目前 ,国家尚无标准的油烟测试方法 ,本文对国家环保局推荐的油烟分析方法进行了验证 ,并建立了自己的标准 ,结果表明 ,该法具有良好的准确性和重现性 ,方法的检出限为0.17mg/L ,变异系数在0.3～1.5 %之间 ,实际样品的加标回收率在90～113

Lampblack pollution of catering trade has become a serious environmental problem in cities.But there is not determining method of national standard now.We verified the method recommended by national environmental protection bureau,and found it has high accuracy and fidelity.Its MDL is 0.17mL/L,RSD is between 0.3～1.5%,and recovery rate of sample is between 90～113%.
