新型聚乙烯包装材料的可环境消纳性能研究 被引量:16

摘要 借助人工加速老化实验箱、户外曝晒架、自然土壤填埋坑等实验方法 ,采用力学性能测试、扫描电镜、热 红联用仪和乌氏粘度计等测试方法对所研制的新型聚乙烯 (PE)塑料包装材料的可环境消纳性能进行探讨 .实验结果表明 ,该材料自然暴露 35d ,羰基指数 (CI)为 45 ,光照 10d后自然土壤掩埋 ,一年后CI为 70 ,粘均分子质量Mη 降到 36 78;生物降解性能达到 3级 ;进行焚烧处理 ,尤其是在受光照后进行焚烧 ,可完全燃烧 。 A novel environmental protection PE packing material was tested by artificial accelerated aging test,exposed out\|of\|door test and soil burial test.The environmental degradabilities of the material were characterized by mechanical analysis,SEM,TG\|IR,Ubblohde viscometer and ASTM method.The results showed that,when the material was exposed out\|of\|door about 35?d,its carbonyl lndex (CI) reached 45,when it was buried in soil for one year after 10 days irradiation,its CI increased to 70 and M η decreased to 3678;the bio\|degradability reached to 3rd in ASTM test.When the material was incinerated,especially irradiated for a short time first,then burned completely,less poisonous gases or dusty would off.
