摘要
研究了改性黑液作粉煤灰的激发剂 ,并与石灰、磷石膏一起制成一种新型的胶凝材料 ,讨论了粉煤灰、石灰、磷石膏及黑液的用量对胶凝材料性能的影响 ,并通过正交试验与模糊数学分析求出了最佳工艺参数。试验结果表明 ,该种新材料的抗压强度能达到≥ 2 0 MPa,耐水性良好 ,且工艺简单。
A new cementing material was preponed with the flyash, black liquid, lime and phosphorous gypsum using the modifing black liquid as activated agent for flyash. The adding amount of flyash, lime, phosphorous gypsum and black liquid influence on the performance of cementing material had been discussed. The optimal technique parameters had been determined by the orthogonal test and indistinct mathematics. The test result showed that the compressive strength of the new material can achieve over 20 MPa and have good resistance of water. The preparation process of the new material is brief and the cost is low.
