摘要
探讨了使用ADMC系列芯片作为运动控制器对开关磁阻电机进行设计和开发。通过对开关磁阻电机的基本原理和控制方法的研究 ,结合ADMC系列芯片的资源特点 ,选择合适硬件 ,设计了控制器软件部分程序 ,在达到一定的技术要求和性能指标的条件下 ,灵活控制开关磁阻电机启动、制动、调速等各种运行方式。工作中采用了以DSP为核心的ADMC系列芯片作为运动控制器 ,它具有计算速度快 ,电机控制外设齐备 ,还有专门的开关磁组控制单元 。
The paper discussed a design and development of the switched reluctance motor with ADMC as DSP motor controller. With a study on the basic principle and control method of the switched reluctance motor, in combined with resources and function of ADMC, software of the controller was designed. Reaching at the certain technical requirements and performance indexes, a flexible control of start, brake, speed or other operational mode can be made to the switched reluctance motor. It has a quick speed in calculation. The motor controller has a well outlet connected equipment with a special switched reluctance control element. Those have obvious advantages to the control of the switched reluctance motor.
