在胶结充填系统的充填站自动控制中 ,充填料浆浓度的控制直接影响充填质量。为了实现充填料浆浓度的稳定可靠控制 ,本文从工艺角度出发 ,改变料浆制备过程 ,从而改变其自动控制过程 ,通过二级控制实现浓度稳定控制的目的 ,为实际应用提供新的思路和借鉴作用。

In filling station control of cementing filling system, the concentration control of filling material affects filling quality directly. In order to realize the steady concentration control of filling material, material preparing process is changed from a technology point of view, therefore the concentration control process is also changed, and the steady concentration control is realized through second order control, which provides a new idea and is helpful for actual and application.
