从图书馆的角度来讲 ,信息资源的开发包括两个层次。第一个层次的开发是广义的 ,是信息资源的利用率问题。另一个层次的开发则是信息资源的再加工问题。本文介绍了在网络环境下信息资源开发的具体实践。

From the perspective of libraries,the development of information resource contains two steps.The first is the utilization of information data ,which is comprehensive.The second is reprocessing of the information resource.This article introduces the specific practice of the development of information resource in the network environment.
