关于建筑工程施工招标投标有关问题的探讨

An Inquiry into the Problems of Tender Inviting and Tender Submitting in Construction

《中华人民共和国招标投标法》已经开始实施,在日常招标投标法活动中也发现了一些问题;通过从投标人的取定方面,工程施工招标标底的审核、对投标预算文件审查、工程施工招标投标中标价的法律效力问题、随意变动施工项目经理部主要人员问题等5个方面的分析讨论,对这些问题有一个了解,在今后招投标中加以注意,以更好地完成各项招标投标任务。

Tender Inviting and Submitting law of People's Republic of China have been carried out, some problems have been found in everyday tender inviting and submitting.This paper mainly analyses the following problems: decicision about tenderers, the check of tender basis, the check of tender budget, the law effect on tender inviting and the problem of arbitrary change of the chief personnel of the project manager department. We should and erstand and pay attention to these problens so as to better complete all the tasks of tender inviting and submitting.
