摘要
对上海自 1990年以来的前一轮旧区改造的特点和教训作了简要回顾和总结 ,并就新一轮旧区改造规划理念、发展和保护、公平与效益、可持续发展等若干问题进行思考。
This paper reviews the characteristics and lessons of the urban renewal in Shanghai since 1990, and discusses the planning concept, development and protection, fairness and efficiency, and the sustainable development for the new round urban renewal.
