摘要 目的 :为了进一步了解人巨细胞病毒 (HCMV)与银屑病人发病关系。方法 :用针对HCMV染色体上编码蛋白基因的引物进行PCR扩增。对 48例银屑病患者皮损中人巨细胞病毒进行检测。结果 :48例患者 ,5例(10 .4% )PCR检测阳性 ,其扩增产物可被限制性内切酶Sau3A切为 10 5bp和 185bp二个不同大小的片段 ,证实扩增产物为预期片段。阳性对照B36也扩出 2 90bp的DNA带 ,阴性对照均未扩增出。结论
