摘要
目的 探讨新型血管紧张素Ⅱ - 1型受体 (AT1R)拮抗剂 -TCV - 116和血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI) -Delapril对自发性高血压大鼠 (SHR)颈动脉球囊损伤后新生内膜形成的影响。方法 SHR颈动脉球囊损伤前 1周至损伤后 2周分别给口服TCV - 116和Delapril,观察药物对SHR的颈动脉球囊损伤后新生内膜形成的影响。结果 与对照组相比 ,口服TCV - 116和Delapril后血管内膜 /中膜面积比分别降低了 4 8 3%和 4 5 5 %。结论 新型血管紧张素Ⅱ - 1型受体 (AT1)拮抗剂TCV - 116和血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂
Objective To investigate the effects of angiotensin Ⅱ type 1 receptor(AT 1R) antagonist,TCV-116,and angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitory(ACEI),Delapril on neointimal formation after carotid balloon injury in rats. Method TCV-116 and Delapril were administered p.o for 3 weeks(1 weeks before and 2 weeks after carotid balloon injury) in SHR.Neointimal formation of carotid artery was examined.Results Compared with the control group,neointima/media area ratio was significantly reduced(48 3% and 45 5% respectivity,P<0 01) in oral administration of TCV-116 and Delapril groups.Conclusions Angiotensin Ⅱ type 1 receptor antagonist,TCV-116 and angiotensive converting enzyme inhibitor,Delapril have a similar suppressive effect on neointimal formation after vascular balloon injury.
