^(99m)Tc-MIBI静息心肌显像观察PTCA支架术治疗不稳定性心绞痛的临床价值

Assessment of the Value of ^(99m)Tc-MIBI Spect Imaging for Evaluation of The Outcomes of Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty for Unstable Angina

目的 :比较PTCA +支架术前、后不稳定性心绞痛患者心肌缺血的程度。材料与方法 :5 0例不稳定性心绞痛患者均于术前及术后 2周行99mTc-甲氧基丁基异 (MIBI)静息心肌显像 ,将左室心肌分为 2 0个节段 ,并对心肌摄99mTc -MIBI的程度进行打分 ,分别计算 2次心肌显像的总积分 (SWS)和两者相减的积分 (SDS)。结果 :PTCA +支架术后心肌显像的总积分S2WS (9 8± 3 3)明显低于术前S1WS (15 2± 3 4) ,SDS为 5 6± 2 5 ,改善程度为 36 8%。结论 :用术前及术后的99mTc -甲氧基丁基异 (MIBI)静息心肌显像比较可以较好的评价PTCA

Purpose:To assess the value of 99m Tc-MIBI SPECT imaging for evaluation of mycardial ischemia after PTCA with stenting.Materails and Methods: 99m Tc-MIBI SPECT imaging was performed 1 weeks before and 2 weeks after PTCA with stenting for the patients with unstable angina.Results:The following imaging parameters was compared with the group before PTCA between the group after PTCA:S1WS was 15 2±3 4,S2WS was 98±3 3,SDS was 56±22.Conclusion: 99m Tc-MIBI myocardial SPECT imaging has been proved to be an useful and objective method for evaluating the effect of PTCA and stenting.
