KTP激光在治疗泪道阻塞中的应用

The application of KTP laser in lacrimal passage obstruction

目的 :评价KTP激光治疗泪道阻塞的效果。方法 :对 32例泪道阻塞患者先用泪小点扩张器扩张泪小点 ,再用带针芯的探针探通阻塞部位 ,然后抽出针芯 ,用KTP激光治疗。结果 :32例经一次治疗均获得成功 ,并取得了良好的生理功能。结论 :KTP激光治疗泪道阻塞相对手术治疗有许多优点 ,而且治疗率高 ,患者痛苦少 ,易于接受 ,是治疗泪道阻塞的最佳方法。

Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of KTP laser on the obstruction of lacrimal psssage.Methods:32 patients with lacrimal passage obstruction were dilated lacrimal point with lacrimal point dilation apparatus and reopened blocking part with a probe of needle,then treated with KTP laser after extracting the needle.Result:They all acheived success and got good physiological function by once treatment.Conclusoin:KTP laser has comparatively more advantages than operation.It is the best way to treat the lacrimal passage obstruction,with its' high cure rate,small pain and easily acceptable.
