摘要
目的 :探讨反复眩晕发作的病因及治疗方法。方法 :回顾分析眩晕反复发作住院治疗 31例的临床资料。结果 :疾病反复的诱发因素是生活中常见且易忽视的因素。如疲劳、感冒、颈椎病、高血压、低血压及慢性中耳炎等 ,对因治疗比对症治疗积极且有效。结论 :反复眩晕发作是可以治疗的。
Objective:To explore the reasons and treatment of recurrent vertigo.Methods:31 patients with recurrent vertigo were retrospectively analysed.Results:The causes of disease,such us excessive fatigue,cold,cervical ventibral disorder,hypertension or hypopiesis and chronic otitis media were easily neglected.In respect of recurrent vertigo,pathogenic treatment is better and more effective than symptomatic treatment.Conclusion:Recurrent ventigo is preventable.
