摘要
目的探讨放射性核素骨髓和骨骼显像对血液病的诊断价值.方法99mTC-硫胶体和甲基二磷酸盐由肘静脉注入后,用SPECT行全身骨髓和骨骼显像.结果再生障碍性贫血、白血病、骨髓增生异常综合征、多发性骨髓瘤、骨髓纤维化、淋巴瘤等骨髓和骨骼显像呈复杂的表现形式,各自又有其一定的规律性.结论上述方法能够全面观察骨髓造血情况、髓外器官显像变化及骨骼破坏情况,对血液病的诊断特别是疑难血液病的诊断和鉴别诊断可提供有力的辅助诊断依据.
Objective To investigate the value of radionuclide bone marrow and bone image examined to diagnosis of hematopoietic disease.Methods Injected 99m TC- sulfur colloid methele dephosphorute via cubital vein and used SPECT for bone marrow and bone image.Results Bone marrow and bone image of aplastic anemia(58),leukemia(62),myelodysplastic syndrome(18),lymphoma(9),myelofibrosis(16),multiple myeloma(19),etc were in complex forms and had regularities of their own.Conclusion Above methods may be used for observing the hematopoietic status of bone marrow,the broken status of bone,and image variation of organs out of bone marrow,thus can offer important evidence for diagnosis of leukemia,specially for helpful diagnosis of hematopoietic diseases which are difficult to diagnose.
