摘要
目的 应用MRA技术 ,对颈椎病椎动脉直径进行测量 ,评价其在椎动脉型颈椎病诊断中的价值。方法 测量分三组 :①正常组 5 0例 ;②神经根型、脊髓型颈椎病组 30例 ;③椎动脉型颈椎病组 2 6例。结果 正常人椎动脉左侧 4.1± 0 .79mm ,右侧为 3.2± 0 .83mm。非椎动脉型颈椎病患者 :左侧 4.0± 0 .80mm ,右侧 3.3± 0 .89mm。椎动脉型颈椎病患者 1.7± 0 .84mm。正常人椎动脉直径与非椎动脉型颈椎病无显著性差异。正常人椎动脉直径与椎动脉型颈椎病有显著差异。结论 椎动脉MRA直径测量是诊断椎动脉型颈椎病的又一方法 ,它可以无创伤地为此病的诊断提供客观依据。
Purpose To evaluate the role and practical significance of magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) for the diameters measurement of vertebral artery with cervical spondylosis. Methods There groups were used (normal group, cervical spondylotic vertebral artery groups and cervical spendylotic vadiculopathy and myelopathy groups). Results Normal group 50: the average diameters of vertebral artery is 4.1±0.79mm (left) and 3.2±0.83mm (right).Cervical spondylotic vertebral artery group 26 patients: The diameters of suffered vessels is 1.7±0.81mm.Cervical spondylotic radiculopathy and myelopathy group 30 patients. The diameters of vertebral artery is 4.0±0.8mm (left) and 3.3±0.89mm(right). There is a significiant defference between normal and cervical spondylotic vertebral artery group.Conclusion It shows high value for the invasive and accurate depiction of narrowig of the vertebral artery. It can pronde subjective availability of medical and surgical options for treatment, although MR angography is not the only way for diagnosis cervical spendylotic vertebral artery.
