摘要 目的 通过超声波测量甘肃省部分农村与城市 3~ 6岁儿童甲状腺的长、宽、厚径 ,探讨B超在碘缺乏病监测中的价值。方法 随机抽取甘肃省部分农村与城市 3~ 6岁儿童 3 97名 ,B超观察甲状腺的形态、回声并测量各叶的长、宽、厚 ,计算甲状腺体积。结果 ①农村与城市儿童甲状腺超声均显示为密度均匀的正常声像图 ;②农村各年龄组儿童甲状腺体积与同年龄段城市儿童甲状腺体积有显著差异 ;③甲状腺体积与身高、体重、年龄均呈正相关关系 ,而不同性别、同一年龄组甲状腺体积比较无显著差异。结论 B超在碘缺乏病的监测中显示出日益重要的地位 ,不仅了解甲状腺的形态及内部结构 ,而且通过测量计算的甲状腺体积已经成为评价碘缺乏病的精确定量指标。 Objective Discuss the value of ultrasound in diagnosising iodine defieiency by measure thyroid about under school aged children in city and countryside partly of Gansu. Methods 397 children aged range from three to six years were chosen completely at random in countryside and city of iodine deficiency, ultrasound observe thyroid and measure length, wide and thick of every side of thyroid, then calculate thyroid volume. Results ①Ultrasound display these children's thyroid image are normal in city and rural; ②The thyroid volume of under school aged children whose age are same have a distinct difference between city and countryside; ③The thyroid volume have a positive relation to age, height and weight, but sex has no influence on thyroid volume. Conclusion Ultrasound has displayed more and more important position in evaluating iodine deficiency disorder (IDD), it not only observe the shape and inside structure of thyroid, but also do calculate thyroid volume by measure, the thyroid volume can fixed quantity accurately on evaluate iodine deficiency disorder.
