摘要
〔目的〕采用离子色谱法同时测定饮用水中的亚氯酸盐、氯酸盐和溴酸盐。〔方法〕选用IonPacAS9-SC分离柱 ,1.10mmol/LNa2 CO3 - 0 .96mmol/LNaHCO3 淋洗液 ,流速为 1.0ml/min ,电导检测器。〔结果〕测定方法的相关性好 (r>0 .9990 ) ,精密度高 (RSD %<4.4) ,样品加标回收率为 90 .7%~ 10 8.8%,检出限 (0 .42~ 0 .80 ) μg/L。与碘量法、罗丹明 6G褪色光度法作对比测定 ,结果表明该法的准确度更优。〔结论〕该法操作简单、快速、准确、灵敏、适用性广 。
〔bjective〕 An IC method was applied to simultaneously determine chlorite, chlorate and bromate in drinking water. 〔Methods〕 The method was based on IC separation under the condition of isocratic eluent with 1.10mmol/L Na 2CO 3-0.96mmol/L NaHCO 3 and flow rate of 1.0ml/min by using of the IonPAC AS9-SC analytical column and suppressed conductivity detector. 〔Results〕 It was showed that this method has good relativity (r>0.9990) and good analytic precision (RSD%<4.4). The samples' average recoveries rates were 90.7~108.8 and the detection limit were 0.42~0.80μg/L. The analytical results by IC method were compared with that of iodimetric method and rhodamine 6G decoloration-photometry and were proved to be better in accuracy. 〔Conclusions〕 Its advantages are simple operation, quickness, high sensitivity and precise results. This method can be applied widely and suitable for trace analysis (μg/L) of water samples.
