摘要
孔边小裂纹扩展是小裂纹问题研究的一个重要方面,在工程上具有重大的应用意义。对于这类小裂纹扩展机制的分析目前还比较少。本文的目的是试图通过试验观测定性地了解孔边小裂纹扩展的特性,为深入的研究提供必要分析基础。
In the present paper, the initiation and propagation of small cracks at the edge of a center hole in flat specimens made of LC4CZ Al. alloy have been studied. The plastic zone by the hole edge and its effect on the initiation and propagation of the small crack also were investigated. The characteristic of crack propagation was observed and determined carefully by using replica and acoustic emission technique, and the shape of the front of the crack was delineated by appling mark load.
