摘要
1.铆接干涉配合紧固件孔的弹塑性应力分析 (1)应力分析模型 图1表示铆接干涉配合紧固件结构的示意图,本问题的分析按平面应变情况处理。为了分析的简化,设蒙皮和加筋条材料均相同。假设蒙皮和加筋条均为理想的弹塑性材料,则本问题可按轴对称变形的厚壁筒(外径为无限大)概念进行分析。
Fastener holes of interference-fit rivets for perfect elastic-plastic materials is analyzed. The equations of elastic limit interferential quantity, the radius of plastic zone, the radial stress and circumferential stress within elastic and plastic zone etc. arc derived. The fatigue life estimation of an example specimen is comparatively in good agreement with the test results.
