摘要
稿件质量决定着学报质量。但好稿件并不是等来的 ,而是组来的。组稿是学报获得高质量稿件的最佳途径。本文重点分析了组稿成败的因素 ,并提出了组稿的建议 :适时策划高质量的选题 ;采取恰当的组稿方式 ;改进稿酬给付制度 ;建立作者储备库。
The quality of papers determines the quality of university journals.However,good papers are usually organized ones by editors.Paper organization is the best way to improve the quality of university journal.This paper make a discussion on factors related to paper organization and also make several recommendations on the organization of papers.
