中小企业由于在经济发展中的突出贡献而倍受各国的重视。世界上经济发展较为成功的国家都建立有较为完善的中小企业融资体系以解决中小企业发展中的融资瓶颈问题。我国应借鉴国际经验 ,建立完善的中小企业融资体系 ,促进中小企业的发展并保证其作用的充分发挥。

The middle and small sized firms' role has been accentuated in many countries because of their magnificent contribution to economic growth.Every economically successful country has established rather consummate financing systems to deal with the 'financing bottle necks' the MSSFS have confronted.With international experiences as reference,China should set up a financing system to promote the development of the MSSFS.
