摘要
旅游饭店业作为劳动密集型产业 ,人力资源的开发和管理已成为其获取核心竞争力的关键性因素。通过对我国旅游饭店业人力资源开发的现状及存在的问题的分析 ,提出对我国旅游饭店业人力资源开发的几点建议 :改善教育体制 ,提高饭店人力资源的质量 ;重视人员培训 ,加大饭店人力资源的供给 ;注重企业文化建设 ,发挥员工的积极性 ;充分发挥政府的职能 。
Tourism hotel industry is a labor intensive industry,the exploiting and management of its human resources has become the key element to help the hotel to acquire the competitiveness.Based on the analyses of the actual development and existing problems of the human resources,the article puts forward the strategies and countermeasures for the development of human resources of the tourism hotel industry as follows:1 Improving the educational system and enhancing the personnel resources' quality of the hotel;2.Attaching importance to personnel training and enlarging the personnel resources' supply of the hotel;3.Laying stress on enterprise culture building and developing the personnel activity;4.Taking advantage of the government's function,creating a good macro environment for the development of the tourism hotel industry.
