摘要
以某型传动功率较大的具有中央锥齿轮啮合作用和挤压油膜阻尼器的航空发动机转子支承系统为对象 ,采用弯扭耦合传递矩阵法计算临界转速、横向振动固有频率、稳态不平衡响应和初始弯曲响应。着重研究锥齿轮啮合作用下轴承力幅频特性 ,介绍寻找峰值转速的方法 ,发现在中央锥齿轮啮合作用下 ,出现了临界转速以外力幅最大的峰值转速 ,并对机匣振动幅频特性试验曲线进行分析。研究降低峰值转速下振动水平的方法及支承方案对发动机转子—支承系统振动特性的影响 。
The object for this study is the rotor-support system of a bigger transmission power aeroengine with engaged action of central bevel gears and Square Film Damper (SFD), critical speed and natural frequency of transverse vibration and static unbalance response and intial bending response are computed by using the transfer matrixes of bending-torsional coupling method. The main aim is to study the amplitude-frequency character of support force with engaged action of bevel gears; to find a method for determining peak speeds; to discover peak speeds of maximal amplitude of support force beyond critical speeds when a system has engagement of central bevel gears; and to analyse the test curve of amplitude-frequency character. For the case, we put forward the methods for decreasing vibration at the peak speeds and study the influence of support plan for vibrational character of rotor-support system of the aeroengine.
