摘要
本文首先介绍了用脉冲标准法校准取样示波器的基本原理 ,其次介绍了基于脉冲标准法的快速脉冲示波器校准系统 (FPOCS) ,最后给出了计算机的仿真结果。
In this paper,fundamental principle is presented to calibrate broad_band sampling oscilloscopes using pulse standards at the first.Next,a fast_pulse oscilloscope calibration system is presented that is based on pulse standard.Finally,the results of computer simulation are given.
