The paper deals with the in-expanding plug in water pressure test which is used in the boilers and pressure vessels as a kind of important water pressure test tools.It introduces the plug′s designing methods and it′s applications. In detail at the same times, It also analyses the actual loadings and forces and makes strength calculating for the important parts of the tools.
