摘要
以Formazin浊度标准液为基准 ,对HACH公司生产的DR2010型分光光度计测量浊度的方法进行校准和改进。用数理统计方法对实验数据进行分析 ,得到不同浊度范围内的回归方程 ,并对回归方程给予检验和评估。经过计算机在线校准和改进后 ,浊度测量的准确度和精密度都显著提高 ,操作也更为简便。
Using Formazin polymer as standard, the turbidity measurement method of DR2010 spectrophotometer (HACH) was calibrated and improved. The experimental data were analyzed with mathematical statistics method and regression equations for different ranges of turbidity were obtained and tested. As a result of on _ line calibration with computer and the improvement of measurement method, the accuracy and precision are improved considerably and the operation is more convenient.
