摘要
自蔓延高温合成陶瓷内衬钢管具有制造工艺简单、节能、成本低和使用效果好等特点。在概括了自蔓延高温合成陶瓷内衬钢管的制备原理基础上 ,从降低陶瓷层孔隙率、减少陶瓷层裂纹和提高陶瓷层结合强度等方面 ,论述了提高自蔓延高温合成陶瓷内衬钢管性能的措施。最后还介绍了该钢管其应用现状及展望。
Self propagating high temperature synthesis SHS ceramic lined composite steel pipes have many characteristics,such as simple technology,saving energy,low cost and good service effects.On the basis of introducing the manufacture principle of SHS ceramic lined composite pipe,we discuss the measures of improving SHS ceramic lined composite pipe properties by means of decreasing porosity and crack rate and improving combining strength.The present application situation and prospects of SHS ceramic lined composite pipe in industry are reviewed.
