摘要
至今很少见到齿轮副效率与齿数及中心距增量系数关系的信息。该文作者对非正确安装条件下仪器渐开线直齿齿轮机构稳定运行时齿轮副传递的有效功与齿数及中心距增量系数之关系展开了系统的分析及研究 ,并推导出一组可直接确定齿轮副效率数值的计算方程组。由该方程组显示的严密数学关系可知 ,齿轮副效率不仅与齿间滑动摩擦系数有关 ,而且随齿数及中心距增量系数等参数变化而改变。
So far the information about the relationships between the efficiency of the gear pair and both the tooth number and the center distane increment coefficient has been few. The author of this article has made systematical analyses and researches on the relationships between the effective work transferred by the gear pair in the instrument involute gearing with the nonstandard center distance during stable operating and such relative parameters as the tooth number and center distance increment coefficient,and derived a group of equations by which the efficiency of the gear pair can directly be determined.The strict mathematic relationships shown in the group of equations indicate that the efficiency of the gear pair not only is relative to the coefficient of sliding friction between teeth but also is affected by changes of such parameters as the tooth number and center distance increment coefficient.
