影像质量分析仪的调制传递函数测试

本文设计了一种快速、简便测试成相系统的调制传递函数 MTF(Modulation Transfer Function)的方法——刃边扫描数学富利叶分析法 ,并用这种方法对影像质量分析仪的 MTF进行了测试。试测结果表明 ,用该方法测试得出的 MTF数据准确可靠。

Edge scanning and mathematical fourier analysis is a simple method designed to rapidly measure the modulate transmission function (MTF) of photographic system. In this paper,the method is decribed,and used to measure the MTF of the system. The results are proved correct and believable.
