摘要
基于零件实物的几何模型反求技术已成为 CAD/CAM领域中的研究热点之一。本文以航空航天 MJ螺纹为对象 ,采用一种新型的光纤传感器对逆向工程中的关键技术——表面数字化技术进行了研究。建立了数学模型 ,给出了传感器在表面数字化过程中的特性曲线。初步验证了此方法能有效地获取零件表面的数字化信息 ,高度分辨率好于 0 .1μm。
The reverse engineering of geometric model based on physical sample workpiece has become one of the most popular research topics in the CAD/CAM fields. In this paper, a novel fiber-optic sensor was developed, and the key technique,surface digitization, in the reverse engineering was studied based on MJ threads. The mathema- tical model was established and the characteristic curve of the sensor was given. The preliminary experimental results demonstrated the validity of this method. The vertical resolution was better than 0.1μm.
