Universal High Precision Time Comparison Model

本文介绍了一种高精度时间间隔测量方法 ,及与之相应的模块。此模块采用 10 0 MC时钟时 ,分辨率达到 0 .1ns,精度达到1ns。利用此模块只要配上电源等少许外部电路就能构成通用高精度计数器。

This paper introduces a high precision measuring method of time interval and its practical model.This model has resolution of 0.1 ns and accuracy of 1 ns with 10MC clock. By using this model, we can assemble a u- niversal high precision counter with few aditional components.
