摘要
论述了形状记忆合金 (SMA)弹簧驱动元件的应力、应变、温度和相变之间的测试关系并进行了系统的测试。结果表明 :SMA弹簧元件在三种基本使用状态下的应力 应变 温度关系呈非线性 ,设计中不能直接应用虎克定律。
The relationships among strain, stress, temperature and phase transformation of shape memory alloy (SMA) spring were investigated. The results show that the relationships about strain stress, strain temperature and stress temperature of SMA helical spring in the three basic application forms are non linear, the recovery force depends on predeformation and environmental temperature, and Hooke′s Law can not be directly used in design. Experimental results are very useful to reveal the actuating behaviors and to design actuators of SMA spring.
