摘要
将稳健设计的三次设计法和模糊数学方法应用于圆柱螺旋弹簧的设计中 ,方便地处理了离散性与模糊性问题 ,对疲劳强度可靠性、静强度可靠性、刚度、稳定性、无共振、最小质量等多目标运用三次模糊设计法 ,得到了实用的圆柱螺旋弹簧的稳健设计结果。本文还针对参数设计中望目特性SN比计算式在机械稳健设计中的不足提出并使用了分别为模糊目标和明确目标的两种SN比的修正式 ,增强了望目特性的实用性。
The machine robust design method is put forward by the combination of three stage design method, or Taguchi's method, and fuzzy theory method in modern design methods. This method easily handles the problems, such as discrete variable, fuzzy objective, and fuzzy boundary condition. The machine robust design method has been applied to robust design of helical spring that takes aim at fatigue strength reliability, static strength reliability, spring constant, buckling, avoiding resonance, and minimum mass, which obtains satisfactory practical optimal result of robust design. The revised equations of signal to noise ratio on definite purposed character in three stage design are advanced for fuzzy expected objective and definite objective, which is applied in robust design of helical springs.
