TPμp-16A is a micro printer with needle, it is suitable to the use in intelligence instrument print-recorder. This paper discusses the software control methods of use the curve printing way of TPμp-16A to print curve and use the graphic print way to printing Chinese Character in details. The port designing way uses little resources of the single chip computer, it is convenient to software control, works reliable and stable. The system design method can be popularized in intelligence instrument and collect fees terminal use. The system has high performance to cost ratio.
