多排鞋眼级进模CAD/CAM系统的研究与开发

R&D of the CAD/CAM system for multi-row shoe eyelets progressive die

介绍了基于AutoCAD平台和ObjectARX技术的多排鞋眼级进模CAD CAM系统的开发 ,论述了系统的总体设计和系统功能、级进模主要参数的确定方法和系统的集成技术。使用该系统实现了凸、凹模工作部分的一次性成功设计和制造。

This paper presents CAD/CAM system for multi-row shoe eyelets progressive die based on the AutoCAD and developing environment of AutoCAD Runtime extension,describes a general design and functions of the system, and the method to determine parameters of the progressive die main and the integrated technology of the system. A successful design and manufacture of working parts of male and female of the progressive die have been realized one-off with the system.
