摘要
传统自动平衡装置采用双步进电机驱动和齿轮减速 ,在结构可靠性、高速稳定性等方面存在一定的缺陷。对此 ,本文采用双平衡块同步驱动和异步分时驱动的方法 ,设计了一种新型电磁式自动平衡装置 ,能大量减小装配空间、降低驱动能耗 ,并能实现无能耗自锁。试验表明 ,在 40 0 0r s的转速下 ,该平衡装置能稳定工作 ,补偿精度达到 0 .2 7μm ,因此具有一定的工程应用价值。
Traditional automatic balancing instrument is generally driven by two hybrid step motors and adopts gears to decelerate, so it has many defects such as low structure reliability and stability when working. In this paper, by adopting the way of two balancing mass driven synchronously and asynchronously divided by time, a new set of electromagnetic instrument is studied, it can reduce installing space and lower energy consumption to much degree, in the mean time, it can realize self-locking. When the rotating speed is 4000r/min, as our experiment indicates, the instrument can work stably and the balancing precision can reach 0.27μm, so it has good engineering application prospect.
