摘要
分析了离合器式螺旋压力机的打击过程 ,认为运动部分的惯性力和惯性力矩不封闭于机身 ,是激起机身及其基础垂向振动和扭转振动的原因 ;提出了相应的振动计算数学模型 ;对亚洲最大的离合器式螺旋压力机进行了振动测试 ,结果表明 ,提出的计算模型正确 ,具有工程上的应用价值 ,可作为离合器式螺旋压力机振动分析及隔振设计的依据。
An analysis is carried out for the blowing of a clutch screw press, deeming that during the blowing the inertial force and inertial moment of moving parts are not constraint in the frame of the machine, thus causing the vertical and twist vibration both of the machine and the foundation. Meanwhile, mathematical models are suggested for calculating the corresponding vibration parameters.The vibration parameters of a largest screw press in Asia are measured, which manifests that the mathematical models in this paper are of good validity and possess value in technological engineering,a basis of vibration analysis and vibration isolation design for screw press is provided.
