铜和汞对蝌蚪联合毒性的影响 被引量:22

摘要 研究了铜和汞共存对泽蛙蝌蚪的联合毒性。Cu2+对泽蛙蝌蚪的24h、48h、96h的半致死浓度分别为0.201、0.138和0.118mg·L-1Hg2+对泽蛙蝌蚪的24h、48h、96h的LC50分别为0.135、0.112和0.103mg·L-1。Cu2+和Hg2+共存对蝌蚪联合毒性的24h、48h和96h的相加指数AI分别为0.082、0.166和0.322,皆大于零,表现为协同作用。 Joint-toxicity of copper and hydrargyrum on tadpole was studied in the present investigation. It was demonstrated that LC50 of Cu2+on tadpole were 0.201, 0.138 and 0.118 mg·L-1 for 24 h、48 h and 96 h, while that of Hg2+ were 0.135, 0.112 and 0.103 mg·L-1 for 24 h、48 h and 96 h, respectively. According to the addictive index method of Marking, it has been found that the addictive index (AI) were 0.082, 0.166 and 0.322 in 24 h, 48 h and 96 h respectively, revealing that there is a clear synergism action.
