摘要
为探讨中药汉防己甲素对肾病综合征的影响 ,采用单侧肾切除加两次注射阿霉素制造肾病综合征大鼠模型 ,观察分别经汉防己甲素和络活喜治疗后肾皮质Ⅳ型胶原基因表达。结果 :两药均能使模型鼠肾皮质Ⅳ型胶原mRNA表达明显下调。提示汉防己甲素可预防和延缓肾病综合征 。
In order to explore influence of Tetrandrine on nephrotic syndrome,rat models with nephrotic syndrome were created by removal of unilateral kidney plus twice injection of adriamycin,to observe the gene expression of renal cortex collagen Ⅳ after respective application of Tetrandrine and Novasc.The results showed both drugs could remarkably decrease expression of renal cortex collagen Ⅳ mRNA in the model rats,indicating that Tetrandrine can prevent and postpone nephrotic syndrome.
