气功运气过程中手部远红外热像图的变化

Change of Far-Infrared Thermogram of Hand in Qi Circulation of Qigong

为研究气功锻炼过程中相关经络气血运行的规律。应用远红外热像仪观察练功者练功前、中、后右手各部位体表温度的变化。结果 :练功运气过程中右手各手指 (包括各指节、指端 )、手掌及劳宫穴温度迅速上升 (与运气前比较 ,P <0 0 5～ 0 0 1) ;收功后温度迅速下降至练功前水平或略低。提示练功时随着气在经络中运行的加快 ,其中的血也加快了运行 ,为“气为血之帅”

In order to study the regularity of qi and blood circulation of the related meridians in the practice of qigong,far-infrared thermogram apparatus was used to observe the change of the surface temperature in the various parts of the right hand of the qigong practitioner before,during and after qigong practice.The results showed that the temperature in the various fingers of the right hand (including various knuckles and finger tips),the palm and Laogong (PC 8) during qigong practice increased swiftly (in comparison before qi circulation, P <0 05～0 01) and after qigong practice,the temperature dropped swiftly to or was slightly lower than the level before practice.The findings indicate that with the acceleration of qi in the meridians during practice,blood circulation is also speeded up,giving an objective foundation to 'qi being a master of blood'.
