中药穴位敷贴对心肌缺血大鼠心肌酶的影响

Influence of Herbal Drugs Applied on Acupoints on Myocardial Enzyme in Rats with Myocardial Ischemia

为探讨益气活血中药穴位敷贴对大鼠心肌缺血的影响 ,采用皮下注射异丙肾上腺素建立大鼠心肌缺血模型 ,观察经中药贴剂或硝酸甘油贴膜分别贴敷膻中、心俞穴治疗后乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)、肌酸激酶 (CK)的变化。结果 :治疗组的LDH1水平明显低于模型组 (P <0 .0 1) ,但与对照组无明显差异 ;对照组LDH比正常组高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;各组CK未见显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。

In order to explore influence of the external application of qi benefiting and blood activating drugs on the acupoints on myocardial ischemia in the rats,rats models with myocardial ischemia were created by subcutaneous injection of isoproterenol,to observe change of lactic dehydrogenase(LDH)and creatine kinase(CK)after treatment with external application of Chinese herbal drugs or nitroglycerin plaster on Danzhong(GV 17)and Xinshu(BL 15)respectively.The results showed that LDH1 level was obviously lower in the treatment group than in the model group,but without significant difference in comparison with the control group,and that LDH in the control group was higher than the normal group( P < 0.05 )and there was no significant difference in CK in various groups.The findings indicate that the external application of the herbal drugs to benefit qi and activate blood on the acupoints can possess the function to improve myocardial ischemia.
