摘要
目的 :探讨机械性脑干损伤早期脑组织中一氧化氮含量和血脑屏障通透性的改变及其意义。方法 :建立机械性脑干损伤大鼠模型 ,用荧光分光光度法检测脑组织的一氧化氮含量 ,并用白蛋白的免疫组织化学染色显示血脑屏障通透性的改变。结果 :与正常对照组相比 ,脑干组织的一氧化氮含量在伤后 10~ 15min显著升高 ,并可见大量白蛋白免疫阳性神经细胞 ;而小脑和大脑组织无明显改变。结论 :在机械性损伤早期 ,脑干组织的一氧化氮含量增多 。
Objective:To study the significance of early changes of nitric oxide level in brain tissue and the permeability of blood brain barrier after mechanical injury in brainstem. Methods: A rat model of mechanical brainstem injury was established. The levels of nitric oxide in the brain were determined by fluorometric method. Immunohistochemical staining of albumin was performed for demonstrating the changes of the permeability of blood brain barrier. Results: Compared to that of the normal control,there was a remarkable increase in the level of nitric oxide in brainstem 10~15 min after injury,and numerous albumin immunopositive neural cells could be observed. However,no obvious changes could be found in either cerebellum or cerebrum. Conclusion: In the early period after mechanical injury,the level of nitric oxide and the permeability of blood brain barrier in brainstem was increased.
