Analysis of Misdiagnosis in 13 Cases of Crohn Disease

目的 :总结Crohn病误诊的原因和诊治体会。方法 :回顾性分析 1985～ 2 0 0 0年收治住院手术治疗的 13例Crohn病术前误诊的原因、治疗方法。结果 :13例Crohn病术前均被误诊 ,误诊为阑尾炎 8例 ,肠梗阻 2例 ,结肠癌 3例。结论 :Crohn病是一种误诊率非常高的外科疾病 ,应重视对Crohn病的鉴别诊断 ,提高术前确诊率。

Objective:To discuss the reasons of misdiagnosis and the treament in Crohn disease. Methods: A retrospective analysis of misdiagnosis and treatment of Crohn disease was conducted based on the data of 13 cases collected during 1985～2000. Results: 13 cases of Crohn disease were all misdiagnosed before operation,in which 8 cases were misdiagnosed as appendicitis,2 cases as intestinal obstruction and 3 cases as carcinoma of colon. Conclusion: Crohn disease is a surgical disease with high misdiagnosis rate. Attention should be paid to the differential diagnosis of the disease to improve the correct diagnosis rate before operation.
