游泳训练大鼠血浆生物活性肽含量的变化及意义 被引量:7

The changes and significance of the level of plasma biological active peptides in swimming rats

摘要 目的 :研究运动性心肌肥大形成中血浆生物活性肽的含量及意义。方法 :wistar大鼠分为运动训练组和对照组 ,NPY、CGRP、ET和ANP用放射免疫方法测定 ,血压和心率用八道生理记录仪记录。结果 :(1)运动组大鼠游泳训练 8周后 ,心脏系数比对照组增加 36 8% (P <0 0 5 ) ,而收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压和心率与对照组无差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;(2 )运动组心肌肥大大鼠血浆NPY均比照组降低 88% (P <0 0 1) ;(3)运动组心肌肥大大鼠血浆CGRP比对照组升高 31% (P <0 0 1) ;(4 )运动组血浆ET和ANP浓度与对照组无差异。结论 :运动性心肌肥大形成中血浆的CGRP、NPY含量变化不同 ,提示CGRP和NPY对运动性心肌肥大的形成可能有重要作用。 Objective:To investigate the changes of plasma biological active peptides in exercise-induced cardiac hypertrophy in rats.Methods:The wistar rats were divided into the swimming group and the control group.NPY?CGRP?ET and ANP were determined with radioimmunoassay,blood Pressure and heart rate were recorded by 8-channel Physiology polygraph system.Results:(1)The cardiac coefficient of swimming group was 36.8 per cent larger than that of the control group after swimming 8 weeks ( P <0.05),SBP?DBP?MBP and HR were not diffrent compared with the control group ( P <0 05).(2)Tere was statistical sigmificance of NPY in plasma of swimming group was 88 per cent lower than the control group.(3)The levels of CGRP in plasma of swimming group was higher than the comtrol group ( P <0 01),level of CGRP in plasma of swimming group was 31 per cent higher than that of the control group.(4)The level of ET and ANP in plasma of was not statistical significance in swimming group compared with the control group.Conclusion:The levels of NPY?CGRP were diffrent in exercise induced cardiac hypertrophy,the results indicate that the levels of CGRP and NPY in plasma may play an important role in exercise -induced cardiac hypertrophy in rats.
