不稳定型心绞痛美托洛尔干预前后QT离散度的变化

The effects of metoprolol on variaton of QT dispersion (QTd) in the patients with unstable angina pectoris

目的 :研究美托洛尔对不稳定型心绞痛患者QT离散度 (QTd)的影响。方法 :6 2例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分 2组 ,试验组 (32例 )予以美托洛尔及其他相关治疗 ,对照组 (30例 )除不予美托洛尔 ,其他治疗与试验组相似。治疗前以及治疗后 4周测定QId及其他相关参数并予以分析。结果 :试验组治疗后QTd、QTcd显著缩小 (P <0 0 1)。对照组治疗后 ,其HR、QTd、QTcd、QTmax、QTmin均无明显改变 (P >0 0 5 )。试验组与对照组比较 ,治疗后HR、QTd、QTcd、QTmin明显降低 (P <0 0 5 )。试验心绞痛患者的QTd、QTcd ,从而有利于不稳定型心绞痛患者心肌电话动的一致和稳定。

Objective:To investigate the effects of metoprolol on QT dispersion (QTd)in the patients with unstable angina pectoris.Methods:A random study was performed in 62 patients with unstable angina pectoris.Allsubijects were divided into two groups.In the intervention group(32 patients),metoprolol was given.It didn't in the control group(30 patients).The QTd and other relevant parameters were measured and analysed before and four weeds after the treatments.Results:In the intervention group,QTd and QTcd were obviously decreased after the treatments( P <0 01).Nosignificant difference of HR,QTd,QTcd,QTmax and QTmin were found in the control group( P >0 05).Conclusion:Metoprolol can decrease QTd and QTcd in the qatients with unstable angina pectoris.this effect may be promote stable electrical activity of heart.
