摘要
以旋流板塔为脱硫塔 ,实验研究了Na2 CO3 Ca(OH) 2 双碱法脱硫工艺 .试验了不同液气比L G、Na+浓度、吸收液pH值和进气SO2 浓度等主要参数对脱硫率的影响 ,并考察了Na+的损失与操作条件的关系 .分析了双碱法脱硫过程的传质反应过程机理以及不同pH值对脱硫率的影响 .此外 。
The NaCO\-3\|Ca(OH)\-2 dual\|alkali FGD process in a rotating\|stream\|tray scrubber was studied experimentally. Main parameters (liquid/gas ratio, Na\++ concentration in solution, pH value of the absorbent solution, inlet SO\-2 concentration, etc.) affecting SO\-2 removal efficiency were studied.The relation between the loss of Na\++ in solution and operation condition was studied. The mechanism for mass transfer\|reaction process was proposed. The influence of different pH values on SO\-2 removal efficiency was also analyzed. Furthermore, the suitable operation conditions and application potential for industrial process were discussed.
